If in any case you got defected piece or different design then you can send that to us and we will send you another piece of same design if available or any other piece of your choice from any future stock. We use good quality fabric and mention all the quality details, thread counts etc on website under each item.

Imperfections in hand printing may be noticed, and color may fate or bleed due to traditional dyeing and printing process employed.

For any such problem it is your responsibility to inform us within 1-2 days of delivery, any return can make within 5-6 days. After that no return accepted. After stitching no claim can be possible. If courier boy try to deliver damaged parcel then do no accept and click the picture of the parcel. Always make a parcel opening video so we can verify if actually any defeted piece sent or not in case of any torn or damage.

If customer provide wrong pincode, or village pincode or if any area comes under red zone and no delivery happens there then for those customer need to pay both side shipping and RTO.

Color may look lil different in picture due to light, flash and device color setting. Please make your choices accordingly as we are unable to accept return due to this issue or if design not liked after/post delivery. We post unedited fabric pictures.

To Track any courier from DTDC. You can simply copy AWB number from your tracking slip to courier website. It will show you result like this so to check detail simply click on bottom blue bar.
If your parcel sent via any other courier then please check sms and email for expected delivery date.
