Return, Refund and Cancellation
Shipping Time
We deliver in India within 7-10 days via courier, Indian post and transport and outside of India within 10-20 days via Indian post. Currently our average delivery time in India is around 3 days and outside of India is 10 days. Shipping time may affect according to holiday, climatic change, strike, law/order or due to courier company policy. We can not accept return refund request if delivery is not made on time by courier company, we give our full support and help to resolve this problem.
Normally we do shipping on same or next day of order and share tracking details with customer.
Cancellation
Customer/user can cancel the order before 4pm or the same day if ordered before 4pm and before getting the tracking detail of the order. If ordered after 7pm then order can be cancelled before 4pm of the next day or before generating the tracking details.
As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same.
However, in the unlikely event we are unable to deliver stitching service to you, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such, an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
If we had picked up the your own materials from you to stitch or you gave us that, we shall deliver the same back to you at no additional cost in case the order is cancelled except the traveling/transportation/courier charges or if any other item purchased for your dress on your demand.
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
- in the event of the designated address following outside the serviceable area offered by us;
- failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
- failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
- failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.
- bad or illegal behavior or buyer.
Shipment Tracking:
You will get an email or SMS alert with the tracking details as soon as the product is shipped, or you can download tracking details here by pasting delivery address phone number.You can also request us for a faster shipping and we will provide on availability.

After getting tracking info:
- Also check if Pincode and phone is correct on your slip.
- Inform us immediately if tracking does not show any information after 2 days of dispatch and if parcel not deliver within 5days of dispatch.

Please check these terms and condition before placing orders:
- We accept exchange orders only if order is placed on our official website, Not if order is placed on whatsapp or any other medium.
- If totally wrong piece is sent then we will exchange/refund according to your choice and if pickup service is available then we will arrange pickup also. If no pickup service is available then user have to courier us product and we will send payment of courier once it is shipped.
- After booking/payment also piece can go out of stock because we are taking orders on website as well as offline and sometime due to parallel orders such issue may occur, in this case if user want refund we will process refund and if user want to select another piece then we will provide alternate options.
- Sometimes actual color of product may appear lil different due to type of device, camera quality and flash. Make your choice after checking the picture in laptop and different company mobile phones because due to this reason we do not accept return/refund/exchange request.
- Imperfections in hand printing may be noticed due to hand block printing, and color may fate or bleed due to traditional dyeing and printing process employed.
- Due to traditional way of tie/dye process you can notice small whole in any prints like shibori, bandhej, bandhani and few other type prints etc.

- For website order exchange requests user have to pay rs 150 for pickup per product and rs 100 for forward shipping. Free shipping means shipping is included in the product price but when we process exchange then it means we already paid one time shipping for that product and now for every exchange user have to pay the shipping charges.
- Please make a COMPLETE VIDEO (from opening packet first time to opening product and measure it) of parcel when you accept parcel. Any incomplete video is not acceptable for any type of claim. Do not accept any damaged parcel.
- If user ordered multiple pieces and on delivery of parcel user got less piece then Kindly check on website tracking page that if multiple packets are dispatched or not, because in such situation we normally send multiple packets sometime.
- If payment is made through razorpay payment method then for refund process there are 2 options, instant and normal. Some of payment options only support normal which will take 5-7 working days. We by default set it to Instant for all supported payment methods.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchange only available for purchase make through website Only (No whatsapp & facebook).
- User have to do self shipment (user will pay for their shipping or if we arrange the pickup then we charge rs 150 per product) for any return order and have to pay rs 100 extra for replacement order shipping.
- User can select replacement only after return parcel reached.
- Courier companies for returning parcels (Delhivery, Tirupati, overnightexpress, ecom express, Indianpost)
- User have to ask for replacement within 2 days of delivery and once agreed then they have to courier it within 3-4 days. Otherwise no replacement will be possible.
- Exchange available only for suits and sarees. Not on running material, mojari, juti, accessories, bedsheets, separate dupatta and other products.
- Refund not available in this.
- Exchange not available on MOQ products.
- Write "Exchange" on packet which are sent for exchnge reason. Write "defected" on packet somewhere if returning due to defect reason.
Return Time:
We have a 100% Buyer protection policy wherein you can return the product for any reason whatsoever. If in any case you got defected piece then you can send that to us and we will send you another piece of same design if available or any other piece of your choice from any future stock. Just send us that defected piece picture.
For any such problem it is your responsibility to inform us within 2-3 days of delivery, any return can make within 7 days. After that no return accepted. After wasing or stitching no claim can be possible.
If customer provide wrong pincode, or village pincode or if any area comes under red zone and no delivery happens there then for those customer need to pay both side shipping and RTO.
Color may look lil different in picture due to light, flash and device color setting. Please make your choices accordingly as we are unable to accept return due to this issue or if design not liked after/post delivery.
You can also whatsapp us your tracking number with picture of defected cloth for fastest resolution. Our team will reply to you with an approval email containing the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product within 7 days.
Refund:
If you wish, you can choose any other item of same range from current or future stock in raplacement of damaged product. Else we can also refund the entire amount back to your bank account without any deductions along with return shipping.
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
- us cancelling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our serviceable areas; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
- us cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of vendors to process your order at the time of booking.
Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-7 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
Any damage to the material to be stitched / the measurement dress provided by you before we delivering those back to you, our maximum liability will be Rs. 500 only irrespective of the cost of the material to be stitched / the measurement dress.
wrong order being delivered; or
items missing from your order at the time of delivery.
Please note here Free shipping means price are inclusive of shipping charge, fuel charge and gst. In case of exchange and refund or multiple time if we send parcels because of non delivery then this we will charge additional or customer have to pay.
Cash on Delivery
- Per piece/set you have to pay rs 60 extra and in advance for booking.
- This is not applicable for resellers because our return address will be on packet.
- If user unable to accept the packet anyhow then it will return back to us, in this case your cod amount is non returnable.
- User have to pay the total bill amount in cash before accepting or opening the packet.
- Discounts not applicable on this.
