What can I do if parcel not reached?

1/ Check if Pincode and phone is correct on your tracking details.

 

2/ Inform us immediately if tracking does not show any information after 2 days of dispatch and if parcel not deliver within 5days of dispatch.

 

3/ If any damaged/defected or wrong piece delivered then inform us within 2 days of delivery, after that we’ll not able consider any such claim.
We need complete opening video from all side of packet much be clearly visible so make video slowly so we see all sides of parcels are properly sealed (if parcel already opened and the you start making video then it will be not accepted by courier company and us).
